QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Our customers have come to expect the highest standards in our commercial and residential carpets. ADNC quality management systems have been developed to ensure defect free, long-lasting products that meet all industry standards.

Our quality checks include the following:

Tuft inspection -- every piece of tufted carpet is inspected for     missing tufts, and that all tufts meet the required lengths
 Flammability tests (ASTM D 2859)
Mass per unit area of pile
Backing fabric and carpet padding strength tests.

Any defects or variations are logged and the machinery is then checked to identify the source of the problem, if any. This inspection process is regularly reviewed to ensure that all carpets leaving the factory meets our standards and satisfy our customers.
Carpet manufacturing involves the use of equipments and chemicals that can be hazardous to health and safety of workers if not carefully managed. ADNC’s factory management methods cover the following:

Careful chemical handling and storage
Safety and care in machine operation, involving inspection,    preventive maintenance and operational controls
Use of personal protective equipment by all personnel involved in    any of the production phases from the BCF plant through to    checking and packaging
Careful monitoring and control of the workplace environment for
particles, fumes and other potential hazards

Our policies include training and development in safety awareness and work practices so that all factory employees know and understand the risks involved, and can take appropriate action when necessary.
